Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.

Essential Skills: Attention to detail, problem solving, people management skills, positive attitude, time management and organization skills.

Duties:

  • Answer calls and email inquiries.
  • Compile and record data, statistics, and other information to support future business activities and act as an information source on departmental/business unit policies procedures.
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Coordinate the maintenance of onsite office equipment.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of the employer.
  • Supervise and train new staff in procedures and in the use of current software.
  • Responsible for ordering, tracking, maintaining supplies.
  • Sort and distributes mails internally and send dispatch email to the concerned staff.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Handling and answering customer’s queries.
