Duties:
- Answer calls and email inquiries.
- Compile and record data, statistics, and other information to support future business activities and act as an information source on departmental/business unit policies procedures.
- Order supplies and maintain inventory.
- Coordinate the maintenance of onsite office equipment.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of the employer.
- Supervise and train new staff in procedures and in the use of current software.
- Responsible for ordering, tracking, maintaining supplies.
- Sort and distributes mails internally and send dispatch email to the concerned staff.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Handling and answering customer’s queries.
