Job Description:

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure food service quality control
• Address customer’s complaints or concerns
• Maintain record of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Establish work schedules.

Requirements

Education:  Completion of secondary school is required.

Experience: At least two years of experience in food preparation or service are required.

Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, tight deadlines, attention to detail, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, walking, physically demanding, combination of sitting, standing, walking.

Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, initiative, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, team player, flexibility.

Language: English is required.

Salary: $17.20 hourly, 40 hours per week.

Benefits:  Transportation cost covered if worker needs to relocate.

Important Information: Flexibility in schedule is required. The worker will work 8-hour shifts scheduled between 11:00 am and 2:00 am with two days off on a rotational basis. Overtime and work on weekends will be required depending on the business needs.
