Edge Line Drywall Systems Ltd. is looking for one carpenter for their location at #101 15505 54A ave, Surrey BC, V3S 5X5. This will be full time/permanent position with 8 hours a day and 40 hours in a week.

As a Carpenter, you will be performing the following job duties:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements for steel stud framing.
• Assembling and Installing metal stud framing.
• Attaching metal frames with preconfigured horizontal and vertical wallboards.
• Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems.
• Inspecting the quality of the procured metal stud framers if needed.
• Preparing small openings into the metal frames with drilling tools to make space for electric lines and outlets.

Job Requirements :

• Completion of secondary school is required
• 2-4 years of work experience is required
• English as a language skill is required

What we offer :

• $35 per hour
• 4% vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid each pay period
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time position
