Requirements:

• 1 year insurance experience.
• Level 2 Insurance Licence.
• Very good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational, administrative, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible in job duties and/or hours as necessary.
• Insurance Company Portal knowledge, BMS systems Applied Rater, Epic
• Sales Software Applied Rater.
• Computer skills including working knowledge with Server and Office365 environments.
• Understand and manage basic sales workflows.

Job Duties:

• Provide and create excellent customer standards to our clients.
• Sell insurance to clients and discuss insurance pr.
• Supervise and assist staff members.
• Create and train procedures, workflows, forms, documentation.
• Staff and Producer Support.
• Monitor Reports.
• New quotations on all types of business.
• Renewal Account Manager.
• Recommend risk management strategies that fit clients’ personal risk profiles.
• Offer additional products to provide Complete Customer Portfolios.
• 2^nd Language is an asset.
• Manage claims issues.
• Resolve customer issues
