BCMF Honours All Veterans on Remembrance Day

BCMF recognizes and honours all veterans—those who came home and those who made the ultimate sacrifice for their country in the line of duty. BCMF is sharing this Prayer for Veterans, provided by Earl Belcourt, BCMF Vice-President:

Thank you for your service and your sacrifices. You are our true heroes and will never be forgotten. May the bravery and courage shown by all veterans inspire us to strive for a better world. We honour and remember your sacrifice. Although it’s difficult today to see beyond the sorrow, may looking back in memory help comfort your tomorrow. Amen Hiy Hiy.

Please note that the BC Métis Federation offices will be closed on Monday, November 11th, in recognition of Remembrance Day. The BCMF office will open for business as usual on Tuesday, November 12th.
