Norman Wells Framework Agreement – 11/7/2007

The Norman Wells Self-Government Framework Agreement was signed by the Government of Canada, the Government of the Northwest Territories and the Norman Wells Land Corporation on June 13, 2007.

The Framework Agrement lays out a negotiations schedule to achieve a self-government agreement for Sahtu Dene and Metis members of the Norman Wells Land Corporation.
