Nine-month review confirms Highbury’s advanced technology

With funding support from Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) and the NGIF Accelerator Fund, Highbury Energy Inc. partnered with Wellons Canada CORP to validate our advanced Dual Fluidized Bed Steam Gasifier—a breakthrough technology for replacing natural gas in pulp mill lime kilns and power boilers.

Key Findings:
After a rigorous nine-month review, Wellons Canada confirmed that the Highbury advanced gasifier efficiently converts waste biomass into a negative carbon intensity renewable fuel gas, offering a seamless alternative to natural gas.
