Description
A. THE DELIVERABLES
Ornge is seeking charter fixed and rotor wing aircraft operators capable of economically and expediently serving the following mission profile:

Air transport services for organs and surgical recovery teams to hospitals and transplant centers throughout North America;
Provision of enroute meals for surgical recovery teams;
Flights typically originate in Ontario with the most prevalent origins being Toronto, London, and Ottawa;
Destinations can be National/International, the majority of which are National;
Passengers can number as high as 7-8, but typically are in the order of 3-4 with some support cargo e.g. coolers with ice and ancillary equipment; and
From time-to-time, and at Ornge’s discretion, charter fixed and rotor wing aircraft operators may be required to service mission profiles other than the air transport of organs and surgical recovery teams, and ad-hoc services to be defined at the time of service.
