Description
The Toronto Parking Authority (TPA) aims to implement EV chargers at public surface parking lots located
in Toronto, ON, as identified in the RFP Documents (the “Project”). The Contractor shall provide all
necessary labor, materials and equipment to complete the work outlined in this section, which aims to
complement the information provided on drawings and specifications.
The Toronto Parking Authority is planning to install EV chargers at:

CP104 – 745 Ossington Ave – Surface Lot: 4 Level 2 and 1 FLO Ultra Level 3
CP152 – 25 Glenforest Rd – Surface Lot: 4 Level 2 and 1 FLO Ultra Level 3
CP164 – 453 Spadina Rd – Surface Lot: 4 Level 2 and 1 FLO Ultra Level 3
CP251 – 201 Claremont St – Surface Lot: 4 Level 2 and 1 FLO Ultra Level 3
CP520 – 20 Royalavon Cres – Surface Lot: 4 Level 2 and 1 FLO Ultra Level 3
