Description
Proposals marked “Records and Information Management Program Renewal – Phase 1 Roadmap and Policy Foundations” will be received at the City of Fernie, City Hall, 501-3rd Avenue, PO Box 190, Fernie, BC V0B 1M0, up to 2:00PM local time, Monday, September 15, 2025 for the provision of a qualified consulting services to renew its Records and Information Management (RIM) program. This project will update the City’s 2020 RIM maturity assessment to reflect current best practices, legislative requirements, and changes in the City’s technology and operational environment. The deliverables include a refreshed RIM Roadmap, phased implementation strategies, and updated RIM policy focused on records governance, privacy, and data protection. This renewal will support the City’s ongoing business modernization efforts and strengthen organizational capacity for effective information management.
